How to use it
- 1 Enter how long you want the timer to run, or click a quick set for a duration you use often.
- 2 Press start, then pause and resume any time.
- 3 You get a sound and a notification when it reaches zero.
Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between the timer and the countdown?
The timer counts down a duration you set, like 10 minutes. The countdown counts down to a specific date and time, like a launch next Thursday.
Can I pause the timer?
Yes, you can pause and resume without losing the remaining time.
Can I save my own durations?
Yes. Set a duration and click Save Current to add it to your quick sets, right alongside the defaults like 5m and 15m. Rename or remove any of them from Edit.
Does it need an internet connection?
No. Once the page has loaded, the timer runs entirely offline.
